Strength training 

So they say it’s good for you. To push your muscles so hard during strength training that they rip and hurt at least a little during the exercise. I say okay, I’m willing to hurt a little the day of. I’m even willing to hurt a decent amount the day of. My question is, what the hell am I supposed to do about the day after?

Unlike little Annie “tomorrow, tomorrow, can stay that day away.”
